Vintage Market Days Takes Over Plant City This Weekend

Plant City’s fairgrounds aren’t just for strawberries — this weekend they fill with antiques, handmade goods, and vintage finds instead.

Vintage Market Days returns to the Florida Strawberry Festival Grimes Building and Astin Pavilion for a three-day run: an early-buying event Friday, October 16, 10 a.m.–4 p.m., general admission Saturday, October 17, 10 a.m.–4 p.m., and a shorter Sunday, October 18, 11 a.m.–3 p.m. The market is a national franchise built around original art, antiques, clothing, jewelry, handmade goods, home décor, outdoor furnishings, seasonal plants, and food vendors — closer to a curated vintage fair than a flea market where anything goes.

Children 12 and under get in free, and tickets bought at the gate carry over for weekend re-entry — worth knowing if you want to come back Sunday without paying twice. Plant City is a bit of a haul from the city proper, but it’s the same grounds that host the actual Strawberry Festival every spring, so parking and layout are built to handle a real crowd.

When: Friday–Sunday, October 16–18, 2026 (Fri 10am–4pm early buying, Sat 10am–4pm, Sun 11am–3pm)
Where: Florida Strawberry Festival Grimes Building & Astin Pavilion, 2508 W Oak Ave, Plant City
Cost: Children 12 and under free; cash and credit accepted at the gate.

Good to know

Friday is the “early buying” session — it typically costs more and draws the serious collectors looking for the best pieces before the weekend crowd arrives. If you’re just browsing, Saturday or the shorter Sunday session is the better value.

Hours and admission are drawn from the market’s own event listing and can shift closer to the date — check ahead.
