The centerpiece of The Rollin’ Mullet isn’t a bar top — it’s a 1971 Airstream trailer, converted into the beer and wine station at the middle of an open-air lawn in Seminole Heights. Everything else grew up around it: a huge grass yard filled with bocce ball, cornhole, ring toss, and Connect Four, a covered seating area, and a rotating food truck parked close by.
The beer list has a real, stated commitment behind it — the tap list is required to stay at least 50% local, currently pulling from Tampa Bay breweries like 3 Daughters, Coppertail, Green Bench, Tampa Bay Brewing Company, and Motorworks Brewing. It’s not a gimmick tacked onto a generic sports bar; the whole place was built around the idea. Owner Angi Brittain put it simply at launch: “My goal is to provide a safe space for everyone to celebrate life, community, and beer!”
Reviewers consistently point to the atmosphere over any single thing on the menu. “Super cool place! Covered but outside. Live music runs most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and the place is genuinely family- and pet-friendly — kids and dogs are welcome Monday through Thursday, and the venue shifts to 21-and-up starting at 7 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
