South Tampa finally got the Hattricks location it’s been waiting on, and it skipped the full-service format the original locations are known for.
Hattricks opened its South Tampa location at 4075 Henderson Blvd on Wednesday, October 7, running quick-service instead of full table service — order at the counter, then grab one of a handful of indoor bar stools or one of the four or five outdoor patio tables while you wait and watch the game. The wings are still the draw, available classic or in the signature “Dave’s Way” preparation, alongside fries, chicken fingers, nachos, salads, and sandwiches. Two items are exclusive to this location: the 813 Legend’s Steak Sandwich and a Smash Burger, neither offered at Hattricks’ other locations.
The quick-service format is a real departure for the brand and a bet that Henderson’s lunch-and-game-day foot traffic wants speed over a sit-down wing night — worth knowing before you show up expecting full table service like the original Hattricks locations.
